Hmm, it's been a bit.. XD I remember those days when I used to update frequently. I guess Tumblr serves as a bit more of an update and vent area, but since I'm here as well, I should start being being more active.
School-wise, I figured that if I don't fail any more (I'm working really hard to not slack off this time, I've already gotten suspended once and that was a nightmare because I lost financial aid), then I have 11 more classes until I can get my AAS in Graphic Design. After that, I was thinking that I might try to go for a teaching degree. It's just a thought for now, but it's a suggestion that I've been hearing since I was in elementary school as well, and hear even now at college from my classmates.
We recently had Jessie Hornbrook (a gorgeous and awesome intaglio printmaker-- www.jessiehornbrook.com ) come down to our college as a guest speaker, due in part to her being my teacher's old classmate from college to show us some techniques for printmaking in one of my classes. She also sort of suggested, along with another classmate, that art therapy might be another career choice for me because she seemed to be interested in that I mentioned I wanted to go for a degree in speech therapy after I'd finished high school. It's like there's all sorts of things out there all of a sudden--and I'm almost out of time for my usual financial aid too. *sighs*
My commissions are still open ikitsumidaminito.tumblr.com/po… , and I'm willing to take anything anytime because of this stupid car insurance to pay off--and like I mentioned, my financial aid will only last me this next year. At the moment though, I'm so bogged down with homework that I've had to put one of my commissions on hold for a week while I try to finish a huge project for class. (Even worse is the art block--coming up with ideas is really tricky when my teacher won't allow typography or words within the designs). My brain has probably been dead all week..
Also I wonder if I might have a bit of a 'status change' soon? (It's obvious what that refers to >w>;; *brick'd*) Aah, learning patience is a virtue, I have to remember that...

Entry 130 - Long time no update ehe!
It's been close-ish to a year since I properly wrote a journal on here!
As can be seen from my current gallery and scrap dump, I've found myself back into Kingdom Hearts III, Union Cross, and oc shipping shenanigans! It's been doing me a lot of good though, I haven't had this much fun with fandom-related things in awhile. c:
Ann Arbor's been treating me well (sans financially), so I'm working on redoing my commission information in order to make up for it.
Entry 129 - Adjusting to Ann Arbor!
Heya all! Long time no journal!
I've been living in Ann Arbor for just short of three weeks and I'm slowly getting used to city and apartment life (especially walking to work because I didn't bring my car), but overall my mental health and even physical health have significantly improved due to lifestyle changes. My chinchilla Elsie being with me also really helps~
I'm slowly dipping back into art--most of it related to Pro-Seikaku for the purposes of a roll20 campaign I'm working on! (Which is very slowly coming together...because maps agh)
Looking back though, I might take a small change in direction for a bit and focus on other elements
Entry 127 - Update!
I forgot I didn't post here oops, but the precursor to this journal is that I got an apartment in Ann Arbor next year with the bestie, I made plans to move into my sister's house, and I finished Inktober (which I haven't uploaded, it'll all be at Ikitsumi (https://www.deviantart.com/ikitsumi)!)
So I did finish moving (mostly) into my sister's house and it's just been a matter of trying to adjust to this lifestyle and finding focus again! ;v; Right now I'm trying to find zines to apply to and also experiment with Adobe After Effects! Lots of my focus nowadays is on Anime Campaign, Warhammer, and Good Day Spotted.
My sister brought up that she's surprised she doesn't see me stre
Entry 126 - Busy Times Ahead!
Heya all!
School is upon me in five days from now--it's going to be interesting following an online-only format while also working most of the week and also trying to squeeze in time for artwork. That being said, my commissions are still open and I'm still very active in posting--it's mostly on Patreon and Tumblr, though I'm trying to make an attempt to also utilize Facebook and Instagram!
I'm going to be spending more time on Pro-Seikaku, Epi-Seikaku, Good Day Spotted, and drawings for my bestie's Anime Campaign sessions as far as original work goes. Regarding fanart, I'll probably be doing more Mabinogi, Voltron, and Pokemon work. I'm als
